Description
Goldenstone Chrome Spray Paint is a decorative paint with a metallic gloss, suitable for treating various surfaces, both treated and untreated. It can be used on materials such as wood, metal, aluminum, glass, stone, and various types of plastic. This paint offers excellent coverage and adhesion.
Important Notes:
• Not Weather-Resistant: This chrome paint is not suitable for outdoor use as it is not weather-resistant. It is best used for indoor decorative purposes.
• Cannot Be Overcoated: Goldenstone chrome spray paint cannot be overcoated with clear lacquer, meaning it should be applied as the final layer to maintain its metallic gloss.
Surface Preparation
• Cleaning: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease before applying the paint.
• Removing Old Layers: Remove any loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface to ensure a smooth base.
• Applying Primer: Apply a layer of Goldenstone primer suitable for the surface. Once dry, sand the primer layer with sandpaper (grit 600) to achieve a smooth finish.
Application
• Preparation: The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Ensure the aerosol is at room temperature. The ideal working temperature is between 15°C and 25°C.
• Shake the Aerosol: Shake the aerosol thoroughly for 2 minutes before use, and perform a test spray.
• Application: Hold the can approximately 25 to 30 centimeters away from the surface and apply the paint in several thin layers. Shake the aerosol again before applying each new layer to ensure even coverage and a consistent finish.
