How ordering works
Create a business account, plan your order in pallets or units, and check out with payment by bank transfer. Freight and EUR pallets are added to the invoice; goods are prepared once the payment has arrived. Minimum order €999 excluding VAT.
Who can order?
Companies only. Create a business account with company name, type of business, contact person, phone, VAT/CVR number and address — Goldenstone checks and approves every account before you can order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: €999 ex. VAT per order.
Are the products in stock?
Availability and delivery time are confirmed in your offer — or you collect from the Goldenstone warehouse.
Do you work with distributors?
Yes — Goldenstone is looking for distributors throughout Europe. Apply on the distributor page.
Which pack sizes are available?
Oils are offered from 1 L bottles to 200 L drums. Your offer confirms which sizes are available for each oil; sizes without a listed price are priced in the offer.
Can I mix products on one pallet?
Yes. Order by the unit and Goldenstone packs mixed pallets. Full pallets of one product are the most efficient.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in advance. Goldenstone checks your order, confirms goods, freight, EUR pallets and VAT, and emails the invoice. Pay with the order number as reference; Goldenstone prepares your goods once the payment has arrived. An unpaid order is not shipped.
How many pallets fit in a container?
Typically 11 EUR pallets in a 20 ft container and 24 in a 40 ft container (single-stacked); Goldenstone plans the actual loading.
Are there volume discounts?
Every product shows your price per unit. Where Goldenstone has set a volume price for a product, the steps show in its order box and apply at checkout.
Where are the data sheets?
Every product page has a product overview you can print or save as PDF; it is made from the catalogue data. Ask for the manufacturer’s TDS and SDS with the button “Request TDS / SDS” on the product page.
