Timely delivery, however, presupposes that Post Danmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Right of complaint

Return of goods also takes place at this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in exactly the same condition and quantity as you received it in unopened condition. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
