Goldenstone Shop arranges delivery with Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date desired in the order. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that Post Danmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are average, and can cover large local and time-limited variations. Goldenstone Shop can not be held responsible for delays at Post Danmark. In the event of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, Goldenstone Shop will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Right of complaint

Goldenstone Shop provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered during the usual examination of the product, must be notified to Goldenstone Shop within a reasonable time. Return of goods also takes place at this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing over the item in person with us. Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in exactly the same condition and quantity as you received it in unopened condition. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
